Terms of Service

UnderMetrica is an internal analytics service of Underdog. It may be used only by employees and contractors to whom the company has explicitly granted access. Using the service means accepting these terms.

Permitted use

A user may connect only the Meta ad accounts they are authorized to manage, and must comply with Meta's terms and advertising policies, applicable law and the company's internal rules. Attempting to reach another person's data, to bypass access controls, or to use the service for unlawful advertising is prohibited.

Access and actions

Users are responsible for the security of their credentials and must not share them. Automated changes to campaigns are disabled by default, are enabled per rule by an authorized user, and are recorded in an audit log with before and after values. The company may suspend access at any time to protect data or ad accounts.

Availability and liability

The service is provided for internal work without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability or of the accuracy of third-party data it displays. Decisions about spend and campaigns remain the responsibility of the user and the company. To the extent permitted by law, the company is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.

Termination

Access ends when the employment or contractor relationship ends, or when the company withdraws it. A user may disconnect Facebook at any time in Facebook settings; see the privacy policy for what is deleted.
